CarDigits has no accounts. We use Matomo to measure visits on our production website.

Who is responsible?

Cookies

The website sets one session cookie and one security cookie. They are needed for the website to work, expire after a short time and are not used to follow you.

Visitor statistics

Matomo records page views and link clicks through statistics.cardigits.com and may use cookies to recognise returning visitors. Tracking is enabled only on our production website.

Remembered country

When you choose a country, its country code is saved in your browser so the home page can offer a shortcut next time. This preference is not sent to our server and can be removed by clearing the website’s browser storage.

Server logs

Like most websites, our servers record technical data about requests, such as IP address, time and requested page. We use it to keep the service secure and working.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company if you enter one, your message, your IP address and your browser details. We use them to answer you and to protect the form from abuse. They are deleted no later than 12 months after your case is closed.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you and have it corrected or erased. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
